Scarlett Moffatt was favourite to present I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! with Declan Donnelly in Ant McPartlin's absence. Standing in for the 'Ant' half of Ant and Dec is a tough job, but TV fans thought former Gogglebox star and I'm A Celeb jungle queen Scarlett would do a cracking job at it.
It's now been revealed that Scarlett - who has previously helped the Geordie presenters out on Saturday Night Takeaway - will be presenting spin off show instead, Extra Camp. She will be presenting alongside former Eastenders star Joe Swash and comedian Joel Dommett.
This is great news, but it also means that Scarlett WON'T be replacing Ant McPartlin after it was announced he won't be returning to present the show this year due to addiction recovery.
Does this mean Dec will be going it alone?
The popular presenter did a fine job when Ant had to drop out of Saturday Night Takeaway earlier this year following the star being charged for drink driving.
Check out all the rumoured celebrities for this year's Celebrity Big Brother...
Celebrity Big Brother 2018 rumoured line-up (slider)
Brendan Cole
Following his sacking from Strictly Come Dancing, bosses are reportedly keen to get Brendan on the show this summer.
Kieran Hayler
As the new series is reportedly a 'scandal' theme, CBB bosses would like Katie Price's ex Kieran Hayler to spill the beans.
Sinitta
Another year, another Sinitta rumour! The 'So Macho' singer is a popular figure on reality TV, but she's previously said she would need regular visits from her dogs.
Georgia May Foote
Former Coronation Street actress Georgia May Foote is also a favourite to appear on the show later in the year.
Bobby Norris
The Only Way Is Essex star Bobby Norris has been approached by bosses to go into the house in the past, so could 2018 be his year?
Charlotte Dawson
A number of sources have reported that bosses would like to sign up former Ex On The Beach star Charlotte Dawson. Reality stars have previously done well on CBB, who can forget the likes of Charlotte Crosby and Stephen Bear?!
Paul Cattermole
Former S Club 7 singer Paul Cattermole revealed earlier this year that he's broke, despite the band's success in the past. Speaking on Loose Women, Paul revealed he would loved to be approached for a reality show like Celebrity Big Brother.
Samantha Markle
Meghan Markle's half-sister Meghan is heavily rumoured to appear on the new series. She recently gave an interview on Good Morning Britain and she didn't exactly deny it...
Gabby Allen
Following her split from Marcel Somerville, CBB bosses are reportedly very keen to get Love Island 2017 star Gabby Allen on the show to spill all.
Ryan Thomas
Former Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas is rumoured to have signed up for the show. His brother Adam was a popular figure on I'm A Celebrity back in 2016.
A source has now told The Sun: "Bosses still don’t know if they will replace Ant, but it’s equally possible that Dec will do it on his own.
“He showed just how competent he is solo when he did Takeaway and BGT earlier in the year.”
Meanwhile, as Scarlett prepares to present Extra Camp later this year, she's been living her best life on a holiday in Las Vegas.
She shared photos splashing around in a pool and floating in a flamingo rubber ring. JEL.
This comes after splitting from ex boyfriend Lee Wilkinson earlier this year and branding him a 'pathological liar'.
Ooo, errr. Well we reckon a few weeks down under with the lads will do Scar the world of good.
