Louis Tomlinson really does have quite a lot to be envious of – he’s adored by thousands of female fans, he’s in the biggest boyband in the world and he’s probably got more money than we could ever dream of stuffed in his bank account.
But the One Direction star thinks Simon Cowell is jealous of him and it’s not for any of the reasons above.
The singer helped the music boss out during the judges’ houses stage of the X Factor and it seems Louis got something that Simon wishes he’d had – a lap dance from contestant Bupsi Brown.
The hopeful sat on Simon’s knee during her first audition earlier this year but this time she blanked him and went for Louis.
The boyband star told the Daily Mirror: “I didn’t know how to react. Was I supposed to flirt back? It was entertaining that’s for sure.
“I think Simon was getting a bit jealous at one stage actually. It didn’t bother me.”
Bupsi added: “I saw Louis and thought, ‘I’m going to give you a go today, Simon’s had his chance.’ Louis is a manly man.
“[My song] was a sassy number, so I needed to put sass into it to make me stand out.”
It’s not yet clear if Bupsi’s antics helped get her any further in the competition but viewers will find out her fate on the show this weekend.
Hopefully she won’t suffer too much at the hands of Directioners for trying it on with Louis...
