Simon was with someone for 8 years (!!) on and off but over the past 18 months he’s been VERY single and not even sleeping around.
Simons also admitted to cheating in the past and having a bad reputation but he’s a reformed character now.

About whether he will be loyal to the boys Simon said "It’s a game at the end of the day and I will expect the same if I stay in the show and another new boy comes in. I don’t feel like I have loyalties. I will be polite, but it is what it is."
About being pals with Kem whose Amber he wants to steal "I can cut his hair and he can cut mine and we can see eye to eye on that level! As far as the game goes though, bring it on!"
