The Holiday featuring Cameron Diaz, Jude Law, Kate Winslet and Jack Black is undoubtedly one of the BEST Christmas films ever released. Whether it’s the warm fuzzy feeling it gives you inside or the total adorableness of little Arthur, it doesn’t feel like the festive period if you haven’t sat down to watch it at least once.

And now that it’s been added to Netflix we’ve found ourselves watching it on repeat since the 1st of December, reminding us that romance definitely isn’t dead! (Especially in the movies).

Love Actually

Although it was a massive 15 years ago that Love Actually was released, Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without watching this film from 2003 starring Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Colin Firth and many more well-known faces.

Believe it or not The Holiday first hit the big screen in December 2006, a massive 12 years ago, so it’s no surprise the cast have grown up, especially the two girls who played Graham’s (Jude Law) daughters Sophie (Miffy Englefield) and Olivia (Emma Pritchard).

Miffy, who played the adorable Sophie in the hit movie, is now a 19-year-old adult and going by her Instagram account, she now transformed into a punk rocker, looking TOTALLY UNRECOGNISABLE from her character in The Holiday.

Miffy’s Instagram bio reads, ‘Short, loud and mostly ridiculous. Hampshire based, pint sized punk rocker that can probably eat spicier food than you.’ [sic]

After shooting to fame on The Holiday in 2006, Miffy, real name Rebecca, went on to star in a number of other shows such as The Whistleblowers, Casualty and Beautiful Enough.

However, it’s now understood Miffy has left the world of acting so she can focus on her music.

Does anybody else feel really old right now?! 🙈
