Spencer Matthews quits Made In Chelsea – plans for new TV show

After the shock departure of Stevie Johnson from Made In Chelsea yesterday, we didn’t think things could get much worse. But, they have.

A lot worse.

The man everyone loves to hate, Spencer Matthews, is leaving the show. And, after he finishes the filming for series 10, we don’t think he’ll be back.

“Spencer has had a brilliant time on Made In Chelsea but this is his time to go,” a show insider told the Mirror.

SOB. We wonder who’ll take his crown as resident Chelsea lothario though?

It’s not the end of his TV career though, as Spencer, 26, is planning a comeback with his very own reality spin off.

“He is currently in the process of making his own reality programme which is going to be very funny,” a source added. “It’s like nothing that’s ever been seen before and people will be surprised.

“He’s had to face a lot of stick for being a ladies’ man but now it’s time for people to see a different side of Spencer.”

This sounds a bit ominous. Will he be working for a charity? Or maybe doing hard news reports for Panorama? We’ll have to wait and see. But Spencer, it won’t be the same without you.
