Stranger Things 3 has been breaking records since its release last week, with Netflix revealing it broke its streaming record, with a massive 40.7 million household accounts watching the show since its 4th July 4 global launch. That's more than any other film or series in its first four days! It also revealed that a huge 18.2 million have already finished the entire season!
And so it's no surprise really that the cast of the hit TV show are being paid rather a lot for their recent series. When it comes to the adult actors in the series, Winona Ryder, (Will Byers’ mum Joyce), and David Harbour who is Jim Hopper, the police chief, are reportedly making $350,000 from each episode.
Of course it's the child actors in Stranger Things who have been the talking point since the series started a few years ago. Now, according to the latest reports, most of the main child actors, such as Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, and Noah Schnapp, (Mike, Dustin, Lucas and Will) get a whopping $250,000 per episode! That's around £200,540 per episode.
However it's Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven, and is classed as playing the main role in Stranger Things, who gets even MORE than her co-stars! TMZ have reported Millie as getting $350,000 per episode, totalling an enormous $2.8 million (£2.25 million) for the eight new episodes which were released on the 4th July.
Meanwhile, some of the other regular characters such as Nancy (Natalie Dyer), Jonathan (Charlie Heaton) and Steve (Joe Keery) are believed to be getting $150,000 an episode.
In other Stranger Things news, One Direction's Louis Tomlinson revealed that despite not being a fans of 'trendy things', he would watch the popular series with Niall Horan if he wanted him to.
Replying to Niall Horan's tweet about the new series, Louis said, 'Just give me a shout if you’re on your own and too scared to watch it. For you mate I’ll grin and bear it'.

For some of the laboratory scenes, Millie (Eleven) was fully submerged in an underwater immersion tank. She was able to breathe by wearing a Sea Trek helmet, which weighs approximately 70 lbs above water; it weighs 15 lbs beneath the surface of the water. The helmet was designed for shallow 'underwater walking'.

To direct Millie while she was underwater, the Duffers communicated with her through a small radio in her ear.
