Excitement is building for the return of this year's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, which starts on Sunday 18th November, and now that the ten celebrities have been confirmed, fans can't wait for the show to begin with Dec Donnelly and Holly Willoughby.
However, as one of the ten celebs to be announced for the jungle was The Vamps star James McVey, the guitarist has now issued an apology to his fans for the shows he's set to miss, including Hits Radio Live on Sunday 25th November. The remaining members of the band are still set to put on an amazing show when they take to the stage on the same night as Little Mix, Cheryl, Ellie Goulding, Zara Larsson, Mabel, Rak-Su, and James Hype. There are still some tickets left here.
Taking to his Twitter account, James wrote, 'To Vamps friends: I hope you wonderful people understand that I'm sorry to miss any Vamps shows/press, whatever the reason. Argentina and the U.K, I apologise for missing the trip and gigs: I'm a celeb was confirmed before the festival + The Hits Live and was booked, but I promise I'll be back next time. I know the other boys will absolutely smash it, like they always do. Thanks so much for supporting me in the jungle, I'm thinking of you all x. [sic]
Fans of the 'All Night' singers were quick to comment on James' message, admitting they understand his decision and wishing him luck on the popular reality show.
One user wrote, 'Omg he didnt have to apologise. GO AND SMASH THE JUNGLE AND WIN IT FOR US' [sic], with another adding, 'James don’t need to apologise we’re so excited to see on TV every night he’s going to be amazing!! It’s gonna feel strange not seeing him at the hits but rooting for him all the way and maybe we’ll vote for him for a few trials too 👀❤️'. [sic]
