Every year before The X Factor live shows, we wait in anticipation for the contestants to get all glammed up in their makeovers.

And after watching them from the room auditions all the way through to judges houses, we always feel like proud parents watching them emerge looking like actual pop-stars.

But this year the makeovers might just be the best ones yet.

The Cutkelvins look cooler than ever, Matt Linnen just became our newest man crush and Rai-Elle Williams looks so darn adorable she nearly brought a tear to our eye.

But the most dramatic makeover has to be Middlesex gal, Tracyleanne Jefford. She looks virtually unrecognizable with sleek straight hair, toned down makeup and a classy blazer.
