It seems like years that Tiger King first started streaming on Netflix, and we all became a bit unhealthily obsessed with the series. And even though it first dropped two months ago, the Tiger King news has kept on coming.
We have the new dramatised series coming up, which will star Nicolas Cage and potentially Tara Reid. And, in one of the most bizarre Netflix crossovers of all time, Joe Exotic’s husband Dillon Passage has been hanging out with the cast of Too Hot To Handle.
But now we have the biggest Tiger King news update, as Joe Exotic - who is currently serving 22 years for a murder-to-hire plot, along with animal abuse - has been ordered to hand over his zoo to his arch rival Carole Baskin{
You might remember, as part of the massive feud between Exotic and Baskin’s Big Cat Rescue, Joe used logos which resembled those of the rival zoo. As a result, Baskin sued Exotic for trademark infringement in 2011. Much to Joe's annoyance, Carole won, and Joe was told to cough up $1million in 2013.

But getting the money wasn't that easy for Baskin. In 2016, Big Cat Rescue sued Exotic's mother Shirley Schreibvogel, as they claimed Exotic had fraudulently transferred the zoo to his mum.
The complaint stated, ‘Schreibvogel [Joe's mum] later admitted under oath that the zoo land was transferred to her by Joe Maldonado [Exotic] to remove it from the reach of creditors, including Big Cat Rescue, should BCR win its Florida lawsuit. Schreibvogel also admitted in 2015, via a confession of judgment she entered into to resolve a lawsuit filed against he by the Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee overseeing Joe Maldonado’s personal bankruptcy estate, that the zoo land was fraudulently transferred to her by Joe Maldonado in 2011 to avoid his creditors.’
Jeff might have to leave, but he doesn’t seem to mind too much. Lowe and his wife, Lauren, told TMZ that they had ‘long anticipated that the judge would eventually undo the 2016 land transfer’. He added, ‘We are thankful that he dragged out his decision this long and allowed us time to complete the new Tiger King Park in Thackerville, Oklahoma, behind the world’s largest casino.’
