Once you've confessed your undying love on a national reality show, you can't really go back, so let's hope Dan Osborne isn't regretting what he said on last night's TOWIE.

The ITV2 hit show saw him in a restaurant with castmates Elliot Wright, Tom Pearce, James 'Arg' Argent, James Diags and Ricky Rayment when he opened up about his feelings towards his actress girlfriend Jacqueline Jossa, who stars as Lauren Branning in EastEnders.

Talking about his would-be fling with *TOWIE'*s Jasmin Walia, Dan said: "I don't wanna hear about Jasmin, I have moved on, I've improved. I would say I'm in love. I'm happier than I've ever been."

Aww. Dan has had his fair share of lady dramz, having split up from the mother of his baby boy, Ted, back in April 2013.

Before he found out about his impending fatherhood, he started a flirty relationship with TOWIE's Lucy Mecklenburgh but put the dampeners on it when he learned about Megan's pregnancy.

Meanwhile, Arg admitted he does want his ex Lydia Bright back and told Tom he's going to try harder to win her over.

"At this moment in time why would Lydia wanna get with me? I’m not giving her a reason to get back with me," he said, before convincing her to go on a 'non-date' with him.

But later on, when it looks like the two former lovebirds might be making up, Lydia drops a bombshell: "I think you're really funny, but with your friends you kind of act like a plonker, you kind of show off.

"I love going for dinners with you, we do have that special bond, but we do know that it's friends though." Ouch.
