Well huns, we are still COMPLETELY shook that 20-year-old Sherif Lanre was booted off Love Island this week, for 'breaking the rules'. So after ITV refused to give the nation any intel into the reason why, we decided to ask former stars Jack Fowler and Montana Brown when they joined us for heat's Love Island's Under the Duvet.

The lovely pair joined episode two of Under the Duvet with heat Radio's Jordan Lee, where they revealed the REAL rules Islanders have to obey in the villa, and why they think Sherif lost his place on the show.

When Jordan asked what the hell went down, Montana said, "I feel really bad for him, I reckon he just cocked up on one tiny mistake, I mean he's 20!"

Jack said, "I'm hearing loads of things, I'm hearing he had a fight. But a fight is a strong word though, because in there if you physically push someone, you are probably going to get kicked out, because they can't air it."

He then added, "I'm hearing Anton tried to stick it on Anna, whilst he [Sherif] was sitting there and it just kicked off."

After ITV chose to keep the real reason for Sherif's exit a secret, Montana and Jack revealed they think bosses should have documented it more in the show, with Montana saying, "They try and protect them."

"They are probably waiting for him, they are giving the power to him to say, come out and say what you want to say kind of thing."

OBVIOUSLY, after all of THOSE rumours that Sherif was removed for 'masturbating in the shower', we couldn't not bring it up with Jack and Montana, and ask the guys about some of the main rules on the show.

When Jordan asked the guys if the 'No unsafe sex' rule is true, Montana said, "They are pretty hot on that. They pull you into the Beach Hut and they are like 'Did you consent to that?', 'Do you need the morning after pill'?"

No books, phones or magazines

The islanders are given snazzy phones from their sponsor, Samsung (what else would they get their texts on?); but anyone sneaking their own mobile phone into the villa would risk being removed.Same goes for books and magazines, too.

No inappropriate language or behaviour

This could cover homophobic, racist or aggressive language and is quite the broad rule. Inappropriate behaviour is again at producers' discretion, and would include violence and sexual harassment.

Any Islanders who are rude to crew could run the risk of being booted off the show, and contestants must NOT take their mic packs off unless instructed to.
