Vanessa White is reportedly set for an I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! appearance.
The former Saturdays singer will appear on the popular ITV show while her ex bandmate Mollie King takes part in Strictly Come Dancing later this year.
The singer is said to want to take part and head to Australia after splitting from her long-term boyfriend of six years.
A source told The Sun: “Vanessa is a stunning girl from a massive girl band so she’s an exciting first signing for I’m A Celebrity. The bosses are super keen to have her.
“She’s still focussing on her music career but is up for the challenge since being newly single.”
Vanessa will join a long list of stars to have previously taken part including former Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffat, ex Geordie Shore cast member Vicky Pattison, and Loose Women panellist Katie Price, who all enjoyed success after the show.
Vanessa’s bandmate Mollie is also branching out into television and will appear on Strictly when it starts in September.
Announcing the news on Nick Grimshaw’s BBC Radio 1 breakfast show recently, she said: “I’m a huge fan of Strictly Come Dancing so I can’t actually believe I’m lucky enough to be taking part in it this year!
“I’m literally so excited to learn Latin and ballroom dancing, and of course I can’t wait to get into the sequins too.”
