Vicki Michelle could pocket around £15,000, according to legal experts, after announcing that she will press charges against Farrah Abraham after the 'Allo 'Allo! actress was hit in the head with a champagne glass.
The 64 year old suffered whiplash and concussion when she was caught in the crossfire between Farrah and Aisleyne during Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side on Tuesday night.
Now First 4 Lawyers concluded that a concussion or minor head injury could result in a payout of up to £9,100, and whiplash or a minor back injury can earn up to £5,600.

Vicki could have claimed almost £200K if she had lost her vision as a result of the attack, this was a real concern, as she told The Mirror: "If I had been looking the other way I could have got it full in the face. It was awful."
Andy Cullwick, from First 4 Lawyers said: "It was good to hear that Vicki Michelle hasn’t been seriously hurt following the incident on Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side, but it only goes to show how people don’t think about the consequences of their actions."
Speaking to ITV News, Vicki's representative Paul Pearson from London Theatrical said: "Actress Vicki Michelle MBE is this morning with Hertfordshire police and will be pressing charges against Farrah Abraham, who struck the back of her head with great force with a glass during the recording of CBBBOTS this week.
"Vicki has been in show business for 40 years and has been left in deep shock and with concussion after the attack by Ms Abraham."
Meanwhile, a source told The Sun that Janice Dickinson, who was also on the show, saved Vicki from even worse injury. She "put up her hand to block the impact of the glass.
"If she didn't do that, Vicki's injuries would've been worse. Her hand is black and blue today," the insider said.
Hertfordshire police are currently investigating the incident, which erupted after Aisleyne told Farrah she was "a nasty horrible bitch".
"You've got your cheque, get on your plane and f**k off. No one likes you here." After that, Farrah called Aisleyne a "hag" and the violence broke out, which - from what we could see of the footage - began with Aisleyne throwing her drink, although Aisleyne has since blamed Farrah for starting it.
The police investigation should shed some light on what exactly went down that night. Meanwhile, the Celebrity Big Brother finale take place tonight on Channel 5 at 10pm. Yeah, we'd completely forgotten about that too with all this Bit On The Side dramz.
