The X Factor's Ottavio Columbro and Bradley Hunt claim they were kicked off a television show they previously appeared on for being gay.
The pair once appeared on Channel 4's Coach Trip and say they were the victims of "homophobic bullying" by the other contestants.
Coach Trip involves people travelling around different countries and they have to fight to remain on the bus and not be voted off by their fellow passengers in a bid to continue their holiday.

However, Ottavio and Bradley were apparently not included in everything on the journey as they say a secret WhatsApp message went round, demanding: "Get those two gays out."
"Bradley found out that one of the contestants had a WhatsApp group and all the other couples were in it apart from me and Bradley," Ottavio told The Sun.
"Bradley caught one of them having a conversation and they said, 'Let’s get those two gays out. Let’s get the gays out next.'

"I kicked off with the producer. I said, 'Get the series producer right now.' At the end of the day it is cheating. Everyone got a yellow card."
Show host and tour guide Brendan Sheerin gave the group a telling off but the duo were still later voted off the show.
Ottavio added: "The last coach vote I got called horrible names. They compared me to the devil.
"They were like, 'You’re going nowhere, love.' We have not kept in touch with any of them."

Bradley and Ottavio won a place at the Judges' Houses round of auditions, which will be screened this coming weekend, after successfully securing a seat in the Six Chair Challenge last weekend.
And bookies are even tipping them to go through to the live shows, meaning they could win this year if they get enough public support.
"We would divide the nation but I think we will get more lovers than haters," they said.
