Louis sent the vote to deadlock and after a REALLY tense few seconds, the vote was read out, leaving Paul out of the competition.
After Louis failed to bring Paul through to the live shows in a previous year, we bet that the judge is not on Paul's list of favourite people right now!
This is the third week that Mel has lost an act, losing Jake and Jack over the past two weeks.
