This year's series of The X Factor was literally fraught with DRAMZ.

There were couples (apparently) porking left, right and centre – mainly on the stairs.

More cries of 'it’s a fix!' then we'd ever heard in our long, long careers OBSESSING over all things reality TV.

And of course, Honey G.

The rapper from North Weezy literally divided the country, and while we're very much Team G (read why here) not everyone is a fan. In fact a whole host of celebs have voiced an opinion on Honey G, and some were pretty harsh.

Now, X Factor runner-up, Saara Aalto, has spoken out about her fellow contestant. Spoiler: she's actually a big fan.

Speaking to The Mirror, Saara said:"I think Honey G is a brand, she’s an inspiration for me at least.

"When I came here, I was a little bit different and in Finland people didn't really accept me, and then I came here and I saw Honey G doing so well and I thought 'British people are so great, they accept Honey G as she is, so maybe they’ll accept me as well.'"

Aww, hun.

Saara also added: "She gave me lots of strength actually, she’s my inspiration, I think it’s really nice that she is who she is, she's staying true to herself and it’s all good. She’s a lovely woman."

This comes after news that Honey G has secured a record deal with Simon Cowell's label, Syco. Which surprisingly X Factor winner Matt Terry did NOT.

But the Honey Haterz don't need to worry too much, as it turns out she can't be Christmas No.1
