Caroline Flack looks like she's washed her old Xtra Factor job right out of her hair with the help of a team of talented stylists. The usually blonde star shared a selfie on her Instagram account showing hair with much darker roots than before, gradually blending into a soft blonde ombre. Caz-Flack captioned the pic, "New hair. Back to black. Thanks @bleach_london."
