Even though we’re still wiping the sleep from our eyes post-NTAs 2015 fun we can’t get enough of the pics. We decided, after chatting to the lovely Ferne McCann before she got into our #heatVinebooth last night, that we were going stalk down her style. And we did!
Her fabulous mod-retro frock in colour-of-the-moment burgundy with pink blocking is from ASOS Black (high street – YAY) so we can easily snap that up.
Next, that lush bouncy ‘do…
The hair geniuses at Remington have pulled out all the stops to work up a step-by-step guide to achieving this party-perfect look.
STEP 1
Starting at the front, take 1-2 inch section of hair and wrap it around the Big Style [£22.49]. To create volume at the front of your hair, start with the largest roller at the front and work your way down the hair to the smallest roller at the bottom.
STEP 2
Once the roller is in place, turn the Big Style on for 10 seconds on a high heat and then add a blast of cold air to the roller, which will help set the style. Then press the release clip and slide the Big Style away from the roller.
STEP 3
Continue applying the rollers throughout your whole head of hair. Once all of the rollers are in place, add a mist of hairspray[Toni & Guy Medium Hold Hairspray £7.49] for that extra bit of hold. The rollers will then be ready to take out in 15 minutes.
STEP 4
Once you have taken your rollers out, use your fingers rather than a brush to work through your hair, to maintain the volume and curls. For a Ferne-esque sweep push your hair back with your fingers (no parting necessary) and spritz lightly with hairspray to hold.
Now go grab a Charlie-a-like and get snogging!
