Camila Cabello’s new makeup range has seriously tropical vibes

Camila Cabello has had a busy year, when she isn't releasing top 10 singles, a number 1 album, supporting Taylor Swift on tour AND doing her own tour, she has somehow also found time to launch her own makeup range named after the capital of her native Cuba and her single 'Havana', in collaboration with L'Oréal Paris.

Taking to Instagram, the 'Never Be the Same' singer revealed the new range saying she was 'SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THIS', going on to explain, 'I think skin care and using products that are healthy and light and good for your skin is the most important thing- we made this collection for the summer- for the heat and humidity- for a glow that’s light and natural and isn’t so heavy that in the heat the makeup seeps into your pores and makes you break out !!!!' [sic] It sounds perfect for the summer months!

The singer went on to explain how these products had been 'picked carefully and tested on myself and other girls at the L’Oréal team' and the range includes 'eyeliner, mascara, maybe an earthy eyeshadow, lip gloss and a light foundation and bronzer'.

Camila joined L'Oréal Paris last year as the brand's first global spokeswoman and her collection includes 14 pieces which will be available in 18 countries, including the UK!

And fans are already super excited about the range leaving comments such as, 'IMMA BUY THE WHOLE COLLECTION BOO DONT WORRY' [sic], 'PROUD OF YOU GIRL🤘❤' and 'so frigging exciting!!!!!'.

Speaking to ELLE about her new range the pop star said, "I am so excited! The process of getting to build a line from the ground up and getting to pick out the shades, and the fragrance of the lip glosses, and the packaging design has been an incredible experience."

She went on to explain, "I just knew I wanted to make a makeup line that was natural. If I'm not on stage or doing an award show performance, I really don't like wearing a lot of makeup. I feel like this line is really an expression of what I would wear. It's glowy and simple."

She also revealed which item of her collection was her favourite saying, "I love the liner. To me, liner is really important. It's this very beautiful, black liquid liner. And it stays on for a long time—I hate when eyeliner just sort of droops off.

"I'd also say the liquid bronzer. You can mix it with foundation, you can use it to contour, and it just gives you that summer glow," she continued.

Camila's 'Havana' makeup range will be available exclusively at Ulta.com from the 15th July and in shops from August.
