Here at heat, we understand the importance of some down time. All that endless social media scrolling and celeb stalking's exhausting, right? So, in an attempt to CHILL TF OUT and channel all those mindfulness experts on Instagram, we thought we'd give some at home spa treatments a go in this week's Tried & Tested.

Last week we tried out false lashes for a whole seven days to varying degrees of success, and this time round we're bringing some snazzy spa-type treatments home.
