While we await Ed Sheeran's eagerly anticipated new album 'No. 6 Collaborations Project', which is full of collaborations, including the likes of Justin Bieber, Cardi B, Khalid, Eminem and 50 Cent, it seems that Ed can't help but channel a bit of Bruno Mars.

In a couple of recent photos posted by the 'Castle On The Hill' singer, he can be seen channeling his inner Bruno Mars, wearing very colourful, patterned clothes, with one captioned, 'Trying to be @brunomars #versaceonthefloor #whoworeitbetter #meobviouslylol #believe #achieve'.

However, it seems that Bruno Mars isn't totally convinced by his collaborator's take on his dress sense. Bruno jokingly responded on Instagram, 'CLOSE! But not yet grass hopper. One day you’ll be ready to reach the highest level of swag, but I’m afraid today is not that day. Good luck on your journey young Ed, for you will be in my prayers. All the best. Sincerely, The Sex Dragon.'

Although Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars haven't collaborated before this album track, they are clearly friends, with Ed serenading the 'Grenade' singer last year for his birthday. At the time, Bruno Mars uploaded a short video of Ed Sheeran singing 'Happy Birthday' to him. Bruno could be seen tucking into a plate full of a big birthday cake and cupcakes as Ed sings and plays his guitar.

The pair have joined forces on Ed's new album, on a song called 'Blow', with country music star Chris Stapleton. Yesterday (19th June), Ed Sheeran revealed the tracklist for his new album, which includes his current single 'I Don't Care' with Justin Bieber.
