Anne-Marie has joined the Where's Your Head At? campaign, alongside Love Island's Kem Cetinay and Geordie Shore's Charlotte Crosby.

Where’s Your Head At? is a campaign that will improve the mental health of the nation by ensuring employers look after the wellbeing of their workforce. We want to make it easy for you to talk about your mental health at work, by ensuring that there are trained colleagues on-site who know how to point you in the direction of any help you might need.

Speaking about mental health, Anne-Marie said: "It’s really good to look after your body and your physical fitness but it’s also so important to think of how this [your mind] is doing up here.

"And that is why I support the petition to have a mental health first aider in every school and workplace."

Anne-Marie revealed that her go-to person for emotional support is "my best friend Claire, she’s really great. She’s a little bit older than me so I feel like she knows more than me and she’s been through a lot more so she’s always there to make me feel better."

Just like Anne-Marie has someone to talk to about her mental wellbeing, it's really important that you also have someone to talk to about yours. That's why we've launched this campaign in a bid to change the law.

We need YOUR help to make it a legal requirement to have a trained mental health first aider in every workplace or college. Please sign our petition at wheresyourheadat.org and use the hashtag #WheresYourHeadAt to support the campaign.
