"People see you putting on a front and smiling all the time. It doesn’t mean you’re not going through stuff."

Last Monday we kicked off our Where's Your Head At? campaign to help change the law so that every workplace has to have a trained mental health first aider, just like we do a physical first aider.

Love Island's Kem Cetinay was the first celeb to open up about his experience with anxiety and mental health, which he says he's suffered with since he was a teenager. We caught up with him this week to talk about how he's found the response.

Kem said: "When I filmed it I was nervous, then when I found out it was coming out I was really anxious about it. It’s tough because you don’t know how people are going to react.

"But the response has been unbelievable! I can’t believe how many people have got behind it. It’s nice to think you’re sharing your story, and so many people are stepping up on Twitter and posting their stories.

"That’s what it’s about, pushing the stigma [of mental health] away and getting people to openly talk about it. It’s something I’ve always been so passionate about."

Kem's best friend and fellow Love Islander Chris Hughes said "if you’re in the public eye and you’ve got an opportunity to help, it’s definitely a good thing to do."

Kem added "if we can use our platform to help, that’s definitely something we want to do. Most of the time people see you putting on a front and smiling all the time. It doesn’t mean you’re not going through stuff. That’s why I think me and Chris got on so well, we both suffered with the same stuff."

We need YOUR help to make it a legal requirement to have a trained mental health first aider in every workplace or college. Please sign our petition at wheresyourheadat.org and use the hashtag #WheresYourHeadAt to support the campaign.
