Love Island has brought endless hours of entertainment to our television screens, so it's no wonder the show was nominated for the Best Reality Competition Show at the National Television Awards. The NTAs happen every year and, yet again, we're taking notes on the beauty products used on the red carpet so that we can incorporate them into our daily makeup routines.

Love Island's Jess White, known for her quick remarks, statement accessories and glowing skin, made an appearance alongside the Love Island 2024 cast wearing the most striking House Of CB dress. a sleek bun and a stunning makeup look.

On Instagram, her makeup artist Zoe James revealed the primer responsible for her flawless, glowing base - and it's a lot cheaper than you'd think.

The primer in question? E.L.F's Power Grip Primer, which retails at just £10. We know - we were in awe too. The highly-rated primer that has racked up thousands of glowing reviews has been hailed for its ability to lock makeup in place all day. It comes recommended by MUAs, the heat beauty team and makeup fans alike.

The primer has a gel-like consistency that grips to your makeup, smooths to perfection and ensures a long-lasting finish. It's infused with hyaluronic acid to give the skin its unmistakable dewy glow, providing much-needed hydration as you wear it. Plus, it's literally £10. Need we say more?

One reviewer commented, 'The best primer I've tried. For years makeup didn't sit well on me and I tried a million products. This primer is perfect. No matter what, the makeup sits perfect on my skin and lasts for hours. The skin does not dry out and break down. I'm in love.' 😍

To provide an extra layer of makeup-locking power, Jess' makeup artist also used the bestselling Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray, £28 to keep everything fixed into place. And we can totally vouch for the setting spray ourselves. We can bet that her makeup didn't budge all night.

Despite just missing out on an award to The Traitors, we'd say the real prize of the NTAs is Jess White's £10 primer, tbh. Brb, just off to add this to our baskets and wear it forever and ever.
