Self-care will forever be our favourite hobby but we appreciate that recharging and putting yourself first looks different for everyone. Each week, we'll ask the celeb lot to share their ideal self-care Sunday routines, the hard-working beauty products they recommend to their friends and which TV show they're currently binging…

This week it's all about Malin Andersson, the Love Island Season Two contestant who now uses her social media platform to speak on important and personal issues including spirituality, body image, sobriety and grief. She regularly shares helpful and holistic healing tips with her 671k Instagram followers whilst also highlighting the realities of a sustainable fitness routine.

To celebrate the star's new collaboration with Isovibe, Malin chats exclusively to heat about her ultimate self-care Sunday, fitness tips and the budget beauty buys she can't be without...

On self-care

What does the ultimate self-care Sunday look like for Malin?

"Self-care to me is space. Creating a sacred space for just me. I love to have a bath with salts and oils, light a candle and incense and practice breathwork whilst Xaya is asleep. I then finish my evening in bed reading or meditating. Stillness allows my mind to have clarity and space."

On skincare

"I swear by collagen, I use Arella Beauty Collagen. I gave up Botox a year ago, and use natural skincare. I also make my own body butter out of unrefined shea butter, cocoa butter, almond oil and frankincense."

On budget beauty buys

"Elf brow gel is amazing! It’s like a lamination without the chemicals."

On fitness routines

"I have found my love for running and yoga again. I run three times a week (2 x 5 kilometres and 1 x 10 kilometres) and I do yoga every other morning for 20-40 minutes depending on what my body is telling me for that day."

On fitness tips

Malin has been sharing her fitness journey on socials for years now, but what is a great tip that the star has learned recently?

"To listen to my body, but to move it in a way that makes me happy and is sustainable. I got to the point where I was giving myself a strict gym routine and I fell out of love with the gym because of it."

On daily wellness habits

"My morning supplements, and I take apple cider vinegar each morning – it’s cured all my IBS problems.

"I make sure to sip on Isovibe clear whey protein mixed with 2 litres of water each day, as it tastes just like juice, and helps me meet my daily nutrition goals whilst staying hydrated! My personal favourite is Isovibe’s Cherry & Apple flavoured powder."

Why did Malin decide to become an Isovibe brand ambassador?

"It's amazing to be part of a brand that aligns with my core values. Protein has been a huge game changer for my health journey, and the fact it goes in your water has made it so easy for me to have a high protein intake especially as I don’t eat meat or fish anymore."

On game-changing podcasts

"A podcast that’s changed my life is TBM – To Be Magnetic."

On wise advice

"The power is in now."
