When it comes to awards season, the Grammys, which falls pretty much bang in the middle of the Golden Globes, SAG Awards, Baftas and Oscars, is an opportunity for the biggest stars in the music world to have their ‘bring it’ moment on the red carpet.
And last night’s ceremony, hosted by Alicia Keys, proved that the word 'wallflower' doesn't feature in their vocabulary.
The undisputed queen of loud and proud red carpet dressing has got to be Lizzo, who chose strapless and stunningly white Versace for her entrance.
The video of her crossing her fingers and whispering, ‘Beyonce, Beyonce, Beyonce,’ before she was announced as the winner of Best Pop Solo Performance for Truth Hurts proves she has the heart of an angel as well as the wardrobe.

Billie Eilish, who'll need a wheelbarrow to cart her five Grammys home, wore a neon green Gucci pyjama suit with matching face mask.
Alicia Keys started the evening with a moving tribute to basketball player Kobe Bryant who was killed in a helicopter crash earlier on Sunday, while Lizzo dedicated her performance to his memory, saying, ‘Tonight is for Kobe’.
Alicia managed an impressive four looks through the course of the evening, including a killer Versace minidress with thigh-high print boots, but our favourite? The Canadian tuxedo she wore to perform Underdog.
