Picking the right phone case for you
Choosing a case that ticks all the boxes depends on the type of person you are. Regularly smash your screen? You need a case with a front cover. Constantly knock it off the table on to a hard floor? A bulky, silicone case should do it.
You should always choose a case made from shock-absorbent materials like rubber or silicone. Plastic isn't as effective, but if aesthetics if all you care about and you're extra careful with your phone, you could get away with it.
Is a screen protector worth it?
Many cases come with a screen protector; a clear sheet which attaches to your screen to rescue it from scratches and cracks. The thicker your screen protector is, the better the protection will be. If you're unsure if you need a screen protector, ask yourself - would you prefer to replace an affordable, replaceable protector, or your whole screen?
