12 August 2025 was a day full of euphoria and exclamations of 'we knew it!' from Taylor Swift fans as the global superstar announced that her twelfth studio album was officially in the works.
Titled Life of a Showgirl, Taylor's new album is set for an October release; anybody who pre-ordered the record has been informed that it will be with them by 13 October 2025.
And, yes, we are absolutely one of those people.
The Enchanted singer announced the news via her boyfriend Travis Kelce's podcast, which he hosts with brother, Jason, but Taylor has been dropping hints since, well, forever.
We already know the track listing, too, with songs such as Fate of Ophelia, Cancelled! and Actually Romantic surely set to rule our autumn playlists.
