She might have one of the hottest bodies on the planet but Beyonce Knowles has revealed being uber fit and slim doesn’t come easy to her.
Chatting about her weight struggles on Good Morning America, Bey said she finds the whole thing “difficult.” Amen, sister.
“I am not naturally the thinnest woman. I have curves, I'm proud of my curves. I have struggled since a young age with diets. Finding something that actually works, that actually keeps the weight off has been difficult for me.”
The songbird has found her new plant-based diet works best for her, leaving her feeling and looking incredible.
“I felt like my skin was really firm, a lot tighter than when I deprived myself of food and got the weight off fast. The weight stayed off. This is something I have to share with everyone.”
Years ago Beyonce lost a cray amount of weight on a controversial Cayenne Pepper, Maple Syrup and Lemon diet when she was preparing for her role in Dreamgirls. This new broccoli-loving diet sounds way more sensible.
