When Beyonce sauntered down the red carpet at the Met Gala looking like a diamond-encrusted dream, all eyes were on her too-hot-to-handle bod. Wearing a sheer Givenchy fishtail gown with sparkles covering her important bits, the results of Bey’s wicked workouts (and diet) were clear to see.

Because we’d love a booty like Bey (who doesn’t?) we fell into a full-on Beyonce Instagram hole in search of some workout tips. And, luckily for us, the star recently posted a quick-fast video showing us 5 different exercises we can copy. YES.

1 – Leg Lift Side Crunches

Place hands on the back of your head. Raise your left leg whilst moving the head down so your elbow touches your knee. Keep your core tight throughout. Do 10 reps on each side to trim the waist.

2 – Tummy Blitz Crunches

Lie flat on the floor with arms stretched out, holding a medicine ball. Keep toe pointed and together. Raise arms and medicine ball. At the same time bring legs up to meet your hands/ball in the middle. Complete 20 reps for a super toned tum.

3 – Rocky Road

Stand with legs shoulder-width apart, left leg forward. Using weights you feel comfortable with, power punch maintaining a strong core and twisting the body. Do 10 reps then swap sides!

4 – Side Hops

Grab a stable surface to jump onto like a long bench. Alternate side step-ups onto the bench. Do 20 reps. Can find a long surface like Bey’s? Try doing forward lunge step-ups on a normal park bench!

5 – Deep Lunges

Step from feet together into a deep lunge, maintaining a strong core and balance. Do 10 reps on each side.
