Whose jaw DIDN’T drop when they saw pics of Jennifer Lopez at the American Music Awards last night? The 45-year-old mum of twins looked sensational in her pale pink Reem Acra frock. The knee length dress was cut to reveal J-Lo’s incredible abs, perfectly showing off her gym-honed figure.

It wasn’t just her bod that blew us away. Jen has possibly the glowiest skin in the whole of Hollywood. And in a LaLa land, where having a fancy facial is as normal as eating breakfast, that’s saying something.

How can we look like J-Lo? That was the question on most of the heat staffers’ lips today. She must only eat veggies and fruit, right? Nope! That said, she doesn’t binge on burgers. Jen has a very sensible outlook when it comes to her health…
