With NYFW coming to a close and LFW getting ready to throw open its doors to the fash-pack, it was only right that the last New York show was Jeremy Scott. What better way to finish the party![] than with one of the fashion world’s maddest designers? Oh, how about throwing a dose of Miley Cyrus into the mix, too. Yep, that’ll do it…
Designer Jeremy Scott, who also designs for Moschino, had a mega celeb![] fan base thanks to his whacky designs. Rita Ora and Pixie Lott are both BIG fans as is Katy Perry. None of these ladies were present at the show last night, probs because they’re busy doing their day jobs. Fair enough.
Instead, Jez had pop’s nuttiest creature Miley Cyrus on hand to support him and also accessorize his stuff. Yep, that’s right kids. Miley has taken time out from riding giant inflatable willies to DESIGN SOME ACCESSORIES! Her fans inspire the pieces, which look like a nursery school project, as they seem to love throwing crazy-ass stuff at the singer when she’s performing. Beaded bracelets with ‘Miley’ cubes, trolls loom bands and dice all feature, as does every colour under the sun. Models strutted down Jeremy’s catwalk wearing his madcap designs and Miley’s brilliantly weird extras.
The Wrecking Ball singer also held an art show![] to celebrate her collection, named Dirty Hippie. The ‘art’ featured dildos; a massive bong and all sorts of other stuff all covered in the beads, trolls and generally strange stuff.
Interesting. We love Miley’s enthusiasm for her fans but covering random objects in knick-knacks that have probably been in the sweaty palms of mega Miley lovers? You cray, gurl.
