Last night we trotted off to London’s trendy Dover Street to join to cool crowd at Juicy Couture’s perfume launch party. Charli XCX did some DJing, Henry Holland did some jiggling and Diana Vickers just looked buff. Oh, and we ate mini burgers which is always a sign of a good night.
Swapping our flip flops for heels (they might look good but heels aren’t for walking and we’re not Kanye so we don’t Uber) we entered The Arts Club, which is situated underground, and were immediately handed a massive glass of champagne and a ribbon wristband scented with I Am Juicy Couture. The fragrance of the eve.
Whilst wandering around trying to grab canapés like mini burgers from the ridiculously hot waiters (they had to be models) we bumped into blogger Bip Ling and ex-MIC star Phoebe Lettice who now designs for Illustrated People. We were despo to see Phoebe do her signature eyeroll but unfortunatley she was in a happy mood and smiled all night. Damnit.
After a screening of the new advert, starring total babe Behati Prinsloo, Charli XCX jumped on the decks to play retro-fun tunes. We spied Henry Holland having a jig and X Factor star Diana Vickers who looked incredible in a denim mini. Vickers spent a lot of the night either cosied up to her hot boyfriend George Craig or at the bar dancing with friends.
A good party for a lovely perfume in a super fancy bottle. We liked.
