Move over Gaga, Miley and Ri Ri - M·A·C Cosmetics have a new leading lady to front their campaign, and this one’s got us REALLY excited.
Old-school diva Mariah Carey will be launching her '90s-inspired collaboration with M·A·C in 2016 – and it’s fittingly been named the Mariah x M·A·C Beauty Icon Collection.
The first product from the collection, a dreamy frosted nude lipstick called All I Want, will launch in February as a little sneak peek into what’s to come later on in the year – and it’s defo one to add to your wish list this winter.
Mariah, who has shared that M·A·C has always been her go-to makeup brand over the years, said, “The champagne frosted All I Want shade is elegant, sophisticated and glamorous. My collection is certain not to disappoint.” We’ll be sure to be wearing this shade next time we find ourselves belting out a classic Always Be My Baby on karaoke (probably after too much champagne).
M·A·C’s Creative Director James Gager also commented on their choice to partner with the star, saying, “Mariah is the over-the-top pop and beauty icon. Throughout the years we’ve all watched her with admiration and feel right now she is at her ultimate best”.
