Everyone who's anyone in Hollywood was at last night's Costume Institute Gala Benefit, or the MET Gala as we like to call it. Naturally though, with so many stars packed into one room (well on one red carpet), we happened to notice a few teensy weensy fashion and beauty mishaps.
