Remember when layering your long-sleeved top under a baggy tee was a 'thing'? In Litchfield Penitentiary, this is one trend which never goes out of style. Well, until it gets warm anyway. Thanks to the bad-gal tatt, chic specs and nonchalant stance, we reckon Alex has got the edge over Piper on this one in our eyes.
Red and Gloria are two queen bees rarely seen in the jumpsuits donned by the rest of the inmates. Instead, they opt for crisp white - letting everyone know who's boss. But when it comes to rocking the look, we reckon the combo of Red's flaming hair against her white get-up puts her in the lead. But good one Gloria for keeping your boiler suit (fairly) clean when things are heating up in the kitchen...
Not the easiest colour to pull off well (especially when you're wearing it with beige!), but when you're an inmate at Litchfield you just gotta make the most of what you got. But where there's grey, you need some bright colour to bring it to life. And Morello has it nailed with her popping lipstick. Sorry Poussey, we still <3 you.
Sophia's salon is a hub of gossip and one of the best examples of resourcefulness we've ever seen, even outside prison bars. Natch, Sophia herself always has totally fabulous hair, but we gotta give it to Taystee for that time she put a piece of Piper's blonde locks in hers. But who wins? Sophia, 'cos that lady gives us next-level hairspiration. Kim Kardashian, eat your heart out.
There's no shortage of pouting and attitude at Litchfield, that's for sure. But who'd win the pout-off? Sophia gives it a good shot, but Daya pulls it out the bag when she sulks. Our fave pout of hers is definitely the one she aims at Bennett when she's annoyed. Put that man in his place, girl!
There's strong game when it comes to make-up amongst the OITNB laydeez. But Alex and Flaca take it to the next level with their masterful eyeliner technique. Although Alex has the winged-lid down to a tee, Flaca gets more creative (and is so on trend for SS15). Go Flaca.
