Celebs have to fly literally all of the time and manage to look camera ready each and every one of those times. How? We look like we’ve been dragged through a different hedge for every time zone we’ve flown through. Luckily for us (and fellow passengers) Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has divulged the secret to looking supermodel chic at all times, no matter how long your flight!
“It’s a big thing going to the airport!”
Chatting to Elle magazine Rosie said she has extra stuff to take on the plane so she doesn’t look slobby in the airport. Clever!
“Well, first of all, I have to remember that I'm going to get out of the car and there's going to be a pack of photographers. So I always want to go to the airport and feel comfortable - you've sat in the car, you're going to sit on the plane.
“I always take a change of clothes with me…”
“I'll change on the plane and relax in a cashmere sweater or cashmere pants. When I dress for the airport I wear a lot of jeans, big jackets. It depends on where you're going as well - where you're getting off. Is it cold weather? Is it hot weather?”
Yeesh. That’s a lot of planning. Most of the time we’re just pleased we haven’t missed our flight! R H-W hasn’t always been the epitome of chic when travelling. Oh no, pre-fame Rosie was a slouch just like us…
“And by the way, before I was the girl who was in sweatpants and sweatshirts. I'm not sure I'll be rocking those to the airport any time soon. It's a big thing going to the airport.”
