After giving birth to her first baby back in September, Scarlett Johansson didn’t immediately go on a juice cleanse to drop the pregnancy pounds. No, instead the Avengers babe started exercising so she could feel strong and healthy. And spent lots of time bonding with her little girl.

At the 2015 MTV Movie Awards Scar-Jo trotted down the aqua carpet wearing a hot pink Zuhair Murad jumpsuit, cut to skim her incredible figure. Jaws collectively dropped at how teeny tiny the new mum looked! Yes, the overall look was a tad Shirley from Eastenders on a night out ‘up West’ but, hey, that bod is still incred.

According to Scarlett breastfeeding little Dorothy Rose has been a huge help in getting her bod back.

"I like to work up a sweat."

Scarlett told Barbra Walters, "Breastfeeding is the best way to get back in shape. I do the whole bit. I'm nursing and I love it."

She also revealed that softer exercise options like yoga don’t appeal to her as much as a mega hard cardio workout…

"I do the same fitness routine as my big muscle-man trainer. A lot of it is endurance, stability, and strength training. I like to work up a sweat. I've tried Pilates and yoga and all that, and I like to dabble in different things, but I always come back to a good old-fashioned athletic, full-body workout."

Whatever she’s doing it’s working! It’s almost enough to inspire us to run home this evening…
