Millie’s first move is burpee mutation. Begin by lying on your front in a traditional press up pose. Now comes the tricky bit: As you push up, bring your feet in towards your chest before bouncing them backwards again, then finally kicking them out. And repeat!
Confusing we know, but this move will work your whole body.
The next exercise will blast your core, booty and upper arms: the mountain climber. Start the move in a plank position, before bringing the left knee up and forward, keeping your weight on your right foot. Switch legs and repeat 4 times. Millie makes this move even more challenging by jumping to standing and repeating the move on the other side. Think you’ve got all that?
