As a regular on the party scene, often the one behind the decks nailing the tunes, Zara Martin and her glossy brunette locks have long been a staple of the Star Style team’s crush list. Now the pretty presenter has added another string to her already loaded bow and designed the most glam headphones, ever!
Zara has teamed up with the clever clogs behind Skinnydip London to create her new ‘phones. With pointy golden ear bits and a light-up cord, we can’t imagine ever wanting to use another pair of headphones again. Oh, and the quality is extra good, too. Zara said so. And she roped in her famous BFFs to star in the ad! Millie Mackintosh, Laura Whitmore, Leah Weller and Whinnie Williams all join Zara for a glam roller disco. So. Much. FUN.

“I DJ pretty much every night of the week and I was really bored of putting on headphones that either rip out my hair or don’t go with what I wear. I wanted a pair that disappeared in your hair at the top but then look really nice on your ears so I met with Skinnydip London. I was very involved in every aspect [of the design]. I really like the fact they light up! And I’m really impressed with the sound.”

“My friends all want some. Most of them are in the advert, which we shot recently. They’re all going to get a pair.”
Party Party
“On my party playlist? I love hip-hop. I love really old school hip-hop so anything by LL Cool J basically. I play a lot of Lil’ Kim, Foxy Brown, old school Jay Z.”
Go-to party look
“I’m really boring with my make-up! I stick to the winged eyeliner and nude lips. I always get scared of eye shadow because I always forget that I’m wearing make-up and I start rubbing my face.”
Beauty faves
“I’ve been using Estee Lauder foundation recently, which is incredible because it’s really light. I also love their cute little cheek pots. I use Barry M eyeliner and switch between Tom Ford and Max Factor mascaras. I have a nude MAC lipstick, too.”
Slap it on
“Moisturiser. I buy expensive moisturisers and cleanser because I think skincare is the most important thing. I use Estee Lauder’s new range at the moment. It’s lovely.”
Hair-story
“I love Pantene! Ojon is great for putting life back into my hair but honestly if I’m in a rush nothing detangles my hair like Pantene.”
HIGH STREET HONEY
“I’m in Topshop all the time, I love it. And I’m really excited about them stocking my headphones! On the advert shoot we all wore Topshop, too. Me, Laura and Millie were fighting over what to wear, it was really funny. I have these grey boots from Topshop Unique that I love at the moment.”
