We have seen Stephanie Pratt more times than we have seen our bank balance, Auntie Lynda and bedroom floor COMBINED. (And then more times on top of that, because we are lazy overgrown baby adults.)
She is everywhere ain’t she. Made In Chelsea, Celebs Go Dating, Celebrity Big Brother…. THE HILLS. Now, she has raised the busy bar to the next level by bringing out her very own fashion line with. What a show off.
It’s every bit glamorous, as you’d expect. Lashings of body con, diamante and lace - the dresses are perfect for all those summer weddings you’ve been invited to and all the nights out you will end up going on, because you have zero willpower.
We grilled Steph Pratt on her new collection and everything from favourite foundations to diets to what she’d wear when fetching the milk. Apparently it depends on the milks location. See, heatworld bring you all the exclusives dahling.
Hi Steph! You’re looking very glam. What is always in your make up bag?
My new favourite thing is Mac Pro Longwear concealer for under your eyes. It is so bomb. Oh and I carry Chapstick with me at all times. I always get dry lips.
So you spent more times in the make-up chair than we have had hot dinners. What’s the best beauty tip you’ve ever learnt?
I’m such a bronzer girl! That’s how you get cheekbones. I’ve only just learned about contour and I’m really into using bronzer then highlight above it. Also, my eyes get really red from wearing makeup and my crazy schedule so I always keep eye drops in my bag!
On Made In Chelsea your skin looks as if you spent the last three months in the Maldives exclusively drinking kale and spinach smoothies… what’s the secret to great skin?
I had really bad acne in high school, I used to stay home from school it was that bad. Whenever I’d put a drying cream on my skin, it would boil. It would burn my skin. I tried every makeup and spent so much money on diamond facials. Everything. I finally went to a dermatologist and she said it doesn’t matter what you put on top of your skin, it’s what’s inside. She gave me a list of different vitamins to take from fish oil to vitamin C to hydraulic acid. The list goes on! I take a lot of vitamins for my skin to keep it healthy and lots of water! If you go to nutrition by Steph, I’ve combined all the pills I take into one capsule called ‘Millennial Skin’.
We are learning! What about foundation? Which do you swear by?
I splurge on Giorgio Armani luminous silk. A lot of people think a matte foundation will make your skin look better, but normally it looks dirty and heavy.
You’re always on the move! How do you stay fit and healthy when you’re so busy?
It’s the supplements I take. What I’m really against is crash diets. Lots of celebrities endorse shedding 5 stone really quickly, but it’s just going to come back. The same with liposuction. If you take fat out its going to go somewhere else! I was Paleo for a bit and I learned a lot about the right supplements for your blood type. I’m like a scientist, if I say so myself… Blame LA! So if you work out a few times a week it’ll keep your metabolism going and eat within the first hour you wake up. Oh and don’t eat past 6pm, if you’ve got a photoshoot the next day!

One of my favourite things about London is high street fashion. I’m much more someone to splurge on a handbag or jewelry, because I am on camera I can’t wear the same outfit twice. I just can’t justify 250 for a pair of ripped jeans. I really like Topshop’s jeans because they do the really long ones. Oh and River Island, I love it. I get a lot of shoes from New Look and ASOS. I haven’t been on Misguided actually. Goddiva .co.uk is great for a night out outfit!
What’s your go-to outfit when you literally can’t be arsed and you have to venture outside for some milk?
I’m such a tomboy when it comes to that. Converse, jeans and a t-shirt. But that’s for ‘across the street milk’. If it was ‘going to Mayfair milk’ then I would wear leather pants, some boots with a small heel and a cool coat!
What’s your go-to outfit when going on a Tinder date?
I’ve never been on a dating app, but if I was going on a first date… here is the thing. Guys always lie about their height! I never want to be taller than a guy and I never want to be overdressed so I would wear one of my bodycons, boots with a small heel and a leather jacket.
What would you wear to meet your boyfriend’s parents for the first time?
I’ve never gotten that far! Ha I’m kidding! Probably just skinny jeans, boots and a cute little spaghetti strap tank top with a leather jacket. No low cuts! Actually scrap that, a turtleneck… a nun outfit!
You can never be too careful! What has been your biggest fashion disaster to date?
I’ve blocked them all out! When I wasn’t dressing for my body type…
And now you have your own fashion line! Congratulations! What’s your favourite piece from your collection?
It changes all the time! Before it was a black lace dress, now it’s this. [Steph is wearing a floor length Frozen-inspired ivory dress] I selfishly designed them as all the dresses I wanted in my closet! None of them I just put my name on. I’ve been offered so many campaigns, but at the end of the day I’ve got history in fashion and this is something I’ve always wanted to do. When I met with Goddiva I told them I want to work and make my parents proud! I mean they paid for University... Everything from the gift bags to the wrapping to the photos, I’ve been a part of everything.
