Style inspo: Rosie Huntington-Whitely in khaki – our new AW14 colour obsession

Ditch black and embrace the goes-with-everything-shade

Now we’re officially into autumn (helloooo October) we’re rejoicing by buying a bunch of new AW14 clothes. One of the main staples we’re investing in is anything in khaki. Seriously, such is our obsession with this chic shade; we’d get a khaki dog if we could.

Even though top-to-toe black is still a ‘thing’ this season, much to the dismay of clothing goddess Anna Wintour, we’re going to switch out some of our noir in favour of khaki. The lush dusty green shade works with everything – pastels pink? Yep. Navy? Ooh yeah. Classy camel and OTT fluoro? Si, senoritas. It really is to easiest partner in crime. It will also give your look an instant hit of autumn, make you look like a fashion swot and last forever. Khaki is like a Spice Girl; it always comes back around.

Hot British model Rosie Huntington-Whitely is already a fan, wearing this pussy bow two-piece to a fancy Tabitha Simmons collection launch in Paris this week. See how lux khaki is when you rock it in silk? SWOON

We’re total fangirls over khaki, all right! Here’s some pieces you can buy on the high street (if we don’t get to them all first…)
