Ant McPartlin and Lisa Armstrong were granted a divorce last month after 12 years of marriage. The couple, who had been together for 11 years before tying the knot in 2006, announced their split earlier this year following Ant's struggles with addiction, and he's now moved on with the couple's former PA, Anne-Marie Corbett.
However, although Lisa turned up to a preliminary hearing to discuss the terms of the split today (5th Nov), Ant failed to show - and was blasted by the High Court judge, Mr Justice Mostyn.
There were limits on the information that could be reported on from the hearing, but Mr Justice Mostyn confirmed that Ant and Lisa could be named - and that it could be reported Ant was 'told off'.
Mr Justice Mostyn asked barrister Jonathan Southgate QC, who is leading Ant's legal team, why Ant had not attended the session, adding, "There isn't one law for the famous and one for the rest of the community.
"The rules say he was supposed to be here - and that can be reported. He has been told off."
