Callum Jones has wowed fans after taking to Instagram to show off the impressive results of a five week body transformation.
The Love Island 2020 star, who moved in with girlfriend Molly Smith after leaving the villa, showed off some seriously toned abs and flexed his biceps as he unveiled his newly toned physique on the ‘gram.
Callum, 25, explained how he decided to hit the gym after “being a gannet” during lockdown (same, hun) and credited “a nice healthy balanced diet” and “high intensity workouts” as the key to his ripped bod.
He told fans, “Since being a gannet in isolation, I’ve been training down at @pt41fitness now for some weeks and soon as the restrictions were lifted, I give it a good go with the big lad @zakmason__ smashing high intensity workouts in prep for my holiday.
“Didn’t kill myself by eating like a rabbit, I had a nice healthy balanced diet. Sometimes you’ve got to listen to your body and if you want to treat yourself treat yourself. By no means am I a gym guru or a fitness guru but this is just a little progress pic from my current training routine.”

Bombshell Tyler was pretty keen on Kaz... Until Casa Amor. His head did a complete 180 when he met Clarisse. But when he returned to the villa, Tyler did a complete U-turn and got back with Kaz. Poor Clarisse and Matthew (who Kaz was coupled up with) were then left single.

Callum’s body transformation comes as he prepares to jet off on his first holiday with Molly.
Their relationship has gone from strength to strength since returning to the UK and isolating together during lockdown, despite rumours of a split when they first left the villa.
Reports at the time claimed they were “on the rocks” after “a series of blazing rows” but Callum was quick to shut down the rumours with a defiant, loved-up social media post.
The former scaffolder confirmed he and Molly were all good by sharing a snap of them at a bar with the caption, "No drama. 🚫."
