Yet in her latest TV appearance on Celebs Go Dating, the reality star turned TV host has shocked her fans with her latest revelation, and it's all because of her boyfriend Matt Sarsfield's manhood.
Speaking to Tom Read Wilson, the dating show's receptionist, in last night's episode, Charlotte admitted she has a name for Matt's testicles, and well, we don't know how to feel about it.
She said, "Matthew's got lovely balls", to which Matt looked at her with the expression, "STOP RIGHT NOW CHAZZA", while Tom asks back, "Has he?" and the pair start to laugh.

Charlotte then went on to say, "Guess what I call them - peeled plum tomatoes! They're chuffing big and belting."
Tom then replied, "Matty's belting balls."
We feel SO sorry for Matt, he looked like he wanted the ground to swallow him up.
But the embarrassment hasn't stopped there for the rugby player as Charlotte has now posted that moment on Instagram for her 719,000 followers to watch. And they're loving it.
