Just when we thought the drama between TOWIE star Gemma Collins and Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner had come to an abrupt end, things have taken a new turn in dramaville!

After the pair come to seriously awkward blows live on air on Sunday night's episode of Dancing On Ice, it is now being reported that Jason is threatening the reality star with legal action, reportedly thinking about 'suing' Gemma.

An insider told The Sun, “Jason has made Gemma aware that he intends to sue her. He’s livid. He insists that all he did was give an interview to The Sun, where he was asked about lots of things, including Gemma.

“She’s very stressed about the idea of being sued and she wants the situation to die down so she can focus on her skating."
