Since announcing his split from Cheryl Tweedy at the beginning of July, One Direction singer Liam Payne has been enjoying single life and he's even been linked with a number of different ladies. However, one movement which got fans VERY excited was when Liam's ex-girlfriend Danielle Peazer hinted the pair had been back in touch.
Danielle, who is now 30-years-old, was in a two-year relationship with the 'Strip That Down' singer when the pair met on The X Factor back in 2010. However, the couple announced their split in 2012 due to the pressures of a public romance.
So when Liam split from Cheryl in July, Danielle sent rumours into overdrive when she cryptically replied to a fan's tweet asking if she was still speaking to Liam. She replied saying, "I’m going to keep that between him and I."
Obviously, this opened the floodgates and led to MANY more questions about Liam, with one asking if they were still friends. Danielle replied "You’re amazing and yes I’m avoiding the question," even revealing that she's heard his new song.
Now, fast-forward one month and Danielle has confirmed her split from her boyfriend of three years, Joe Hunt.
Speaking about the split, the dancer said, "My boyfriend and I unfortunately broke up a few months ago, all on good terms. There is a lot of respect and love there."
"I have nothing bad to say about him. For me, I am purely career focused and work focused and when it is meant to happen it will happen, that is how I like to live life. I was with my ex boyfriend for three years. (Breaking up) was nothing traumatic. Onwards and upwards. You’ve got to have a positive outlook."
Meanwhile, after welcoming their son Bear Grey Payne together in March 2016, Liam and Cheryl decided to split in July this year, despite putting on THAT loved-up display just a few months before at The BRIT Awards.
Taking to Twitter to share the same message, Liam wrote, 'Cheryl and I are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways. It's been a tough decision for us to make. We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together'. [sic]
