She went viral once again following her tumble during Sunday night's Dancing On Ice, but now the real reason why TOWIE star Gemma Collins fell over, resulting in her suffering some nasty injuries, has been revealed.
It is now being reported that Gemma, who was spotted being pushed around in a wheelchair by her boyfriend James 'Arg' Argent yesterday, 'blacked out' whilst she was skating, causing her to crash to the ice.

As if this wasn't scary enough, the Daily Mirror are reporting that an ITV insider revealed the reality star was hooked up to heart monitor just hours before she went out to perform, alongside her professional partner Matt Evers.

After the embarrassing fall on Sunday night, Gemma opened up to fans on Instagram, revealing her 'heart was broken'. She wrote, 'Absolutely devastated & embarrassed, My heart is broken ❤️ but when I went down I thought of @gypsyking101 Tyson Fury and knew I had to get back up & carry on! Can’t thank you enough for your support on social media and picking up the phone to vote! Im in a lot of pain but bring on fantasy week!!! 👸⛸'. [sic]
After showing off some heavy bruising on her legs on her Instagram Story, Gemma was later photographed being pushed around in a wheelchair by her boyfriend Arg, leaving fans wondering if she will be fit to perform on Sunday night.
Although nothing has been confirmed at this stage, many believe Gemma could be given a 'free pass' into the next round, just like her injured co-star Ryan Sidebottom did last week.
