Holly Willoughby has emerged as the favourite to replace Ant McPartlin on this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, according to a new report.
Ant previously revealed that he will not present I’m A Celebrity this year after deciding to take a break from all television roles until 2019, and it’s thought that Holly is highly coveted by ITV bosses who are considering approaching her to host alongside Declan Donnelly.
“Holly is very close friends with Ant and Dec and both she and Phil have been backing Ant since his troubles,” a show insider told the Mirror.
“Ant and Dec both love her and I am sure they’d be thrilled if she got the job.
“They share a management company so Holly already knows what being in the Jungle for weeks entails.”
