Now that we are all in self-isolation to prevent the spread of coronavirus, what better time to keep fit and healthy with the help of some of our favourite celebrities?

With many celebs such as David Walliams and Carol Vorderman making their products free for children to use whilst being home-schooled, celebs such as Joe Wicks, Davina McCall and new mum Lucy Mecklenburgh are all doing their bit to keep the nation fit.

Thor actor Chris Hemsworth has offered a free six-week trial for his health and fitness programme Centr. Speaking to fans on social media, Chris said, 'Centr was founded to make health and happiness accessible to all, and I hope that this will make that access even easier during the current global health crisis.'I think now more than ever is when we need to focus on what I believe to be the 3 key pillars to living healthier and happier- movement, nutrition, and mental fitness.'

She's just given birth to baby Roman so can't physically join in, but Lucy Mecklenburgh's fitness brand RWL are streaming a free home workout every day, for at least the next two weeks. Davina McCall is offering a 30-day free membership to her fitness and wellbeing platform - Own Your Goals. Within the membership, fans will be given access to online fitness classes and nutritional recipes, as well a workout planner, a meal planner and guides on wellbeing.

Former Love Island star and fitness coach Gabby Allen is keeping busy by posting daily home workout videos of herself, using things around the house. So far, Gabby has made use of her suitcases and some fluffy socks to accompany her workouts, and she's encouraging everybody to get involved over on her Instagram page.

Oh, and Candy Crush is now offering unlimited lives to take the edge of all this lockdown business.
